Terms & Studio Policy

01Service

The studio makes a good-faith effort to provide professional recording services, and our producers and engineers aim for high quality. Extra time to finish a song or project is not guaranteed.

02Completion

You are responsible for finishing your project on time and within the agreed budget and schedule. Extra time may be available for an additional fee, and we will do our best to accommodate or reschedule requests.

03Payment

• Services are not provided until payment has fully cleared.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

01Deposits & payment

• The deposit is 50% of the studio time cost and is non-refundable.
• Send your deposit by Zelle or crypto at least 12 hours before your session.
• The engineer on duty is paid immediately on arrival.

02Timing

• Your session clock starts at the booked start time, even if you arrive late without notice.
• If you are more than 45 minutes late without notice, your session ends.
• Report schedule conflicts at least 12 hours in advance.

03In the studio

• Maximum of 5 artists per session.
• People who are not recording may not be in the studio during session hours.
• Stay in the control room or recording booth unless an employee is assisting you.

04House rules

• Outside food and drinks must be thrown away during or after the session. Repeated messes can lead to a ban.
• Clean up after yourself.
• Always close and lock doors behind you.
• No lingering after sessions, no lit items in the hallway and no smoking in the hallway.

05Equipment & safety

• Handle equipment with respect, and ask staff to help adjust microphones. Blowing smoke into microphones is prohibited.
• Weapons must be kept concealed and put away. Anyone who violates this will be removed.
• Property damage is charged to the person who booked the session, with no exceptions.
