Terms of service.
Studio will make a good faith effort to provide services consistent with the professional recording studio service. In doing so, studio producers and engineers will use their best efforts to provide the highest quality of professional recording studio services and skills. However, in no way does this Studio Agreement guarantee that Artist-client will have extended time to complete songs or project.
Completion of each song or project is the sole responsibility of the Artist-client. Artist-client agrees that they will be able to complete said projects in a timely manner consistent with the budget set forth herein and budget and time schedule for completion of projects have been discussed, outlined, and identified. Should the Artist-client need additional time to complete said project then such time may be discussed and may result in an extended offer to time for an additional fee to be determined at that time. Although additional time may not always be available at the time requested, the studio will make the best effort to make it available or assist in rescheduling within both locations (Chicago) the additional time request session.
Payments MUST be cash, Zelle or Crypto. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, will Studio services be rendered without acceptance and complete clearance of paid funds. A NON-Refundable deposit of half (50%) is required to confirm all bookings.Private Policy
By sending deposits for sessions clients are agreeing to follow and comply with all HD Pro Studios policies, terms, and conditions. HD Pro Studio policies, terms, and conditions are listed below:
All deposits must be half (50%) of cost of requested studio time and are non-refundable; must be sent through Zelle or Crypto. Deposit payments must be sent at least 12 hours prior to requested time slot
Engineer on duty must be cashed out immediately upon arrival in form of cash, Zelle, or crypto.
YOUR CLOCK STARTS IMMEDIATELY
If clients are late without notice there is no making up for lost time, and your clock does not start when you show up; (if you book 3pm-7pm you have from 3pm-7pm unless at fault of engineer).
Any outside food or beverages must be thrown away during or at the end of session
if clients are found to repeatedly leave a mess after sessions they will no longer be allowed to book with HD Pro Studios
Outside weapons must stay out of sight, concealed; put away (anybody causing issues regarding this rule will be removed from the property)
Maximum of 5 artists per session (if not recording you are NOT to be in the studio during session hours). [Space capacity is limited.]
Any clients more than 45 minutes late without prior notice will have their session terminated
Clients must notify engineers of schedule conflicts at least 12 hours prior to their session
No lingering around after sessions
No taking lit objects (blunts, cigarettes, etc.) into the hallway
No smoking in the hallway
Any damage to property (burn holes, leaving bags of ice on the carpet, etc.) will result in fines charged to whoever the session is booked under. NO EXCEPTIONS!
TREAT EQUIPMENT WITH RESPECT (no leaning on speakers, touching and/or holding microphone including stand; [ask for assistance] “moving or adjusting microphone”, *Blowing smoke into microphone will not be tolerated.
DO NOT WANDER INTO ROOMS: clients must stay in control center or recording booth ONLY unless being assisted by an HD Pro Studios employee
